The Claude Launchpad Session — North Star Digital

1. SERVICES
North Star Digital ("we," "us," "our") provides a done-with-you AI consulting session ("The Claude Launchpad Session") consisting of:
- One live 60–90 minute session via Zoom
- Custom Claude Project setup and brand voice migration
- Done-for-you prompt library (10–15 prompts)
- Claude vs. ChatGPT cheat sheet
- Full session recording
- 30-day post-session support window via DM or email
2. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All prices are listed in USD. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the full session fee to your provided payment method.
3. SCHEDULING
After purchase, you will receive a link to for your session. Sessions must be occur within 60 days of purchase. Failure to occur within this window forfeits the session with no refund.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized, done-with-you nature of this service:
- Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.
- If you need to cancel before your session takes place, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at [email protected]. We will reschedule at no charge or issue a credit toward a future service.
- No-shows with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, prompts, and frameworks delivered during the session are for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share session recordings or materials with third parties. This information is not for use in or with, any AI Agents or in any AI skills.
6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results from AI tools vary based on your business, usage habits, and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. We guarantee that we will deliver the services described above with skill and care.
7. SUPPORT WINDOW
The 30-day support window covers questions related to the Claude setup delivered during your session. It does not include additional sessions, new prompt builds, or unrelated consulting work.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States.
